All content on edification is the property of edification or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
edification respects user privacy. All data collection and use are in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, edification will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
edification reserves the right to terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for violation of these terms, misuse of the service, or for any other reason.
edification may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
